I might. How safe are these engine lift plates ?? Probably would make things easier, but it seems like a lot of weight to be hanging from 6 or 8 bolts in an aluminum intake ??

Plenty safe bro. People have been using 4 bolt carb lift plates for 50 years.

I used Walter's so many times I bought my own lol. They are very sturdy units.
