Fillmores - Cruise in 4/15

:bigthumbAlright folks. Fillmores is starting their cruise ins again this month. I am wanting to have a great big showing on APRIL 15 with a rain date of APRIL 22, at 5:00pm. Again if you are in progress with a project bring the family truckster and a photo album of your progress. Bring the rugrats. Bring the dog. I'm bringing my Shelby the Brindle Boxer. :bigthumb

They may not officially start until 4/22, but they are still open. I was by there two weeks back. This is a great place (if you've never been). Has soft serve icecream with traditional seasonal favorites as well as burgers, fries, onion rings, etc. This place really packs in with lots of nice cars.

So be there or be a prude!

Ok, that helps, could've looked at the link first but had an idea where it was, step dad bought a truck from the lot next to them and I looked at a few cars there before and have noticed car meets over there a few times...Great Location! :bigthumb

Alright NKY members. This is your invitation to hang out in your own back yard. I always read, "if it were closer, or have one here, have one there...". Well my invite this month is in your neck of the woods.

We had 15-18 stangs show up at Milford QSL last month (even with rain forecasted). Some were in stangs, others were in their family vehicles or trucks. DOES NOT MATTER. This isn't a car show, just a time set aside to get together and hang out and place faces with names (again and again if you are like me and don't have a photo memory).

NO reason with all of the NKY members we couldn't fill up Fillmores this Sunday @ 5pm (weather permitting). I know it calls for 30% chance of rain on 4/15 right now, but they called for 30% Easter Sunday and what did we get? ZERO! Still will keep an eye on it and if the chance of rain increases as the week progresses we will go for the 4/22 rainout date.

80 degrees Sunday and no call for rain now. It's going to be a very good day to put tdown the PS3/XBOX360 controller and get sociable. Take a day off for a change and let someone else have the OT. Spend some time with your family or justtreat yourself to a nice drive to Fillmore's for some icecream or a sandwhich.
