so i put my air bagged truck up forsale.i hav had tons of offers but im picky when it comes down to it.been offered a 79 cobra with a 347 and a muncie 4spd on welds needs paint.also a 96 4.6 auto not my style of mustang.both cars are nice but what do i do here:confused:

Get the 79 and let 91boost paint it.

79 has all aftermaret gauges car looks built to last but the breather comes out the hood and is aturnoff to me

i want a 89 to 93 but if i tak the 96 i get stuck with cause my wife wants one

The 96 still has some resale value to "the masses" if it's in good shape. Johnny-needs-a-car won't be interested in a 33 year old vehicle.

I the wife likes it and it comes home your stuck with it. I speak from experiance on a 97 jeep wrangelr that I got for the summer now the wife will not give it up. Its a reminder of all the cool mustang stuff i could have.

I'd Go with the 79 mostly because that is the first year for the Fox Body, And if its any kind of shape, i think its worth more as thinking as an investment, not like she wont drive it because she don't like it, LoL
