Ruger suspends sales ??

Just heard that Ruger has suspended sales.
They have sold as meany guns so far this year as the sold last year!! Holy Smokes!!!

I tell you if Obama gets defeated gun sales will plummet !! Oh course Romney flips flops so much who knows!!

Odd predicament to be in. Have so many sales and orders that one needs to halt productions but don't have enough faith in the economy or government to invest to beef up production lines.

Ruger didn't stop production, they stopped taking orders till they catch up with the orders already in. RUGER IS STILL PRODUCING GUNS, just will not make you one right now, have to wait your turn!

Yup they suspended taking orders until production can catch up. They expect to begin taking new orders again in late May.

Not so much faith in economy or government, just that they know it's a bubble that will pop. The LC9/LCP/LCR/SRC fad will only last so long, then that's that.
