Do not know much about it. A guy owed me $200 cash and could not come up with the money so I just took this and figured I could get half my money. Does not have a key and most of the plastics are gone/broken. Will get pics in a few.

I was told it does. I have not tried it yet and I do not have a key for it

They are usually super easy to hotwire. A lot of those small bikes use the key switch to send a ground to the coil to kill the ignition. Most of the time you can just unplug the key switch and it will run.
