I ran a couple of 11.000's, 6.9's in the 1/8 but I think my cheap crane valve springs are getting weak cause I couldn't finish the 1/4 before I heard a little valve float.

I did break the shifter like Rick said before I turned the bottle on:lol:

Put about 20 wire ties on the shifter to hold it, which worked for one pass then the 2nd one it came out in my hand:mad:

Trying to come up with something but its slim pickings with the way they put 2 different valve sizes in the gt40's and the way the spring locator is.

I am leaning towards trying to make the BB chevy beehives work some how???

you should be able to get it close reading your plugs. I heard Craig Newport is really good at tuning carbd stuff. Good pass by the way

Yeah I was out of it early and just making easy passes. Its not been on the dyno yet and I dont want to hurt it straight out of the gate. I need to get it done and make sure its safe and see what all is going on.

need to tweak it some, but not bad for edgewater

It spun the tube... They were not welded, only braced with 1/4" plate from the tube to the center.

I wont be using the 18's on the rear, I will run the 15's with the drag radials.

My car wouldnt hook for nothing. I finally pulled 2º timing and managed a 10.06 At 137. Some cars were hooking but mostly the chassis cars. A lot of cars seemed the struggle off the line today.
