Ok, first... this stuff is stupid expensive, damn I picked the wrong hobby.

I felt alot better handing my money to this guy though. Customer service means alot and this guy excelled!

I got there 10 minutes before 6 today which is his closing time. He stayed until 7 walking my un-educated ass through everything I was asking for. Explained how it worked and went as far as to show me how to do it myself.

Yep..I've gotten some line and fitting from Bob's also. He has always had what I was needing instock. The one time he didn't have enough of what I needed he had it in the next day...great service.

Last time I talked to Bob, he said the cost of it and the profit on it wasnt worth messing with it....but that was last year so call him up and double check.
