I like the new styling the site shows. What I really like is... "The Fusion Hybrid, equipped with the new 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle engine, is anticipated to deliver 47 mpg city and 44 mpg highway. Meanwhile, the plug-in Fusion Energi is anticipated to deliver more than 100 MPGe (the equivalent of miles per gallon when talking electricity, not fuel).
Terry, any word on these?

No doubt has taken on quite a bit more European styling... which is fine because the final result is sexy as hell in my opinion.

I am getting a new company car and have the option of the Fusion or Escape. Both are redesigned and look good. I dont know what I am going to chose. I would like to see both side by side and be able to get into both to check them out.

Car looks damn good and that interior looks pretty nice as well. I think the wheel choice is pretty lame but thats nothing a set of aftermarket wheels wouldnt fix. :)

Yeah they nailed the look.... now they're going to nail your wallett if you you buy it. Probably going to be at least $40k

$40k seems high....my brother bought a loaded 2010 Taurus loaded for $35k.

It is high, thats the point. The price of cars these days are rediculous! I went just the other day and was looking a something for my wife. I get a GM Discount and even with the extra incentives, your still spending close to $20k just for a run of the mill little car.
I remember the days when you could buy a little throw away car like a cavalier or something and walk off the lot for under $12k

Ford has added estimated prices to the configurator on their site.

Still can. You can get a Kia Rio for that, and 40mpg.

Yep was just talking to the wife about prices of cars now a days...
I always considered ford a working mans brand... Good performance for a good price.
I paid 28k for my 04 cobra, now a base GT is 31k .. Hell 13 Shelbys are 60+
with the mark up. I love my Fords but damn thats crazy...

We will go test drive a 2.0 Ecoboost when they come out. If we like it I might put the Cobra up for sale to get one. Personally I think Ford finally has a sedan that looks just as good as any German car or the Charger.
