WTB: 86-93 Fox timing cover and 5 speed setup

Looking for a 86-93 fox body efi timing cover. I know there quite a few different versions of these so please refer to pic below:

Also looking for a "cheap" 5 speed setup. Something like a T5 or a 3550 would be fine. Looking for as complete of setup as possible.
