I have a set of stock 98 Mountaineer heads, with stock valve springs. Odometer read about 100k miles on the truck they were pulled from. One of the lower intake bolts on the front broke in the head, but it is still sticking above the surface (I will get closer pics of this later or can text them) so it should be a fairly easy extraction.

Asking $200/best offer

I am willing to work on the price, but I'm not cutting it in half.

$200 is the going rate on these. Anyone who is going to install them will probably have some machine work done anyway, so they could remove the broken bolt then.

GLWS!

200 is the going rate for heads that can be ran. a home clean up job with some carb cleaner will not make these heads run, most likely the bolt will need to be drilled out and helicoiled, and the one heads looks very rough on the valves it will need to be rebuilt, like i offered before if you change your mind ill offer 125 for the heads. a bone yard charges 75$ a head on pick n pulls

The heads are still available but I have a deal pending on them.
Thanks for the offer FLA, but I won't take 125 for them.

Right...and if you are going to run these in a Mustang with a H.O. cam or anything else you are going to have them rebuilt...at least if you want them to amount to anything. If you can get them for $150 in better shape in a J/Y I would go that way.
