Hagerty Insurance, anyone use them or had a claim?? Blue book for my car is 3/4k if stolen or wrecked I would be sick!! Guaranteed Value coverage for $13,000 sounds better to me.
Only about $40 dollars more a year for Hagerty.

Anyone use them??

Whats the process for insurance like that? Do you need a certified appraisal? I need something for mine too.

I've been thinking about switching to them. I think if you keep your mileage down, they are actually cheaper than "normal" auto insurance.

I'm with them and all I had to do was fill out a form that listed all my mods to the car. I told them I wanted coverage for $15k and they said fine and it was approx $475/year. This year with adding the t56 and in anticipation of the 427 I bumped it to $20k and it went to just over $500. Piece of cake

I use these guys. Have a 16k policy for my car that runs be under $300 a year. I've been with them for quite a while now, so it's a little cheaper than it used to be.

I'm goin to check with these guys also because I have full coverage on my car but I know if it was wrecked or something I wouldn't get nearly what its worth with the mods

I have Hagerty for my 95 GT with a stated value of $11,000, $500,000 CSL, no comp or coll ded, 100 mile roadside assistance for $416 a year with a mileage limitation of 4,000.

I don't have the policy yet so I have not read their form. Most stated/guaranteed value forms pay you the least of the stated value, repair cost or market value (KBB) which ever is less.

Hi
I was turned down by Haggerty ..... I had a blow out on the Highway 3 years ago and it caused $1700 in damage so they turned down my application
I can reapply after it's been 5 years.

Try the place I listed above Steve. I've been really happy with them so far.

Have sent in all the info waiting to see what they say.. They assured me it was agreed value, not a stated value policy.

Make sure you read your policy, I still don't have mine....I hope you are right.
