i got an old hippie buddy thats a vw fanataic i watched him pull and reinstall a motor in one in 12 min at a vw car show a few years back,that actually have a contest at some of the vw shows just for that

I know of an auto shop class with the help of a few from the drafting class disassembled the auto shop teacher's '68 bug and reassembled it in his office in less than 2 hours. His comments, after the shock drained from his face - "Great job....but to turn that "F" into something else I suggest it be back together and running outside in time for me to drive home". It was, and the entire shop class got "A's" that quarter.

I won't go into what happened to the wood shop teachers truck the next quarter.
