Check out this old thermostat, not sure what it is worth or which car it was used on. Looks cool

That could potentially be worth a couple hundred bucks depending on the year, condition, etc.....

Its not a t-stat, just a gauge that replaces the radiator cap on most cars up to the mid to late 30s. Depending on condition and what its for , it could be worth 10 bucks or thousands. Do some research before selling it.

Saw the American pickers buy a few of those on a show. I think they were paying between $100 and $200 for them, and said they could be worth quite a bit.

I contacted the American Pickers website and sent pics to them. I also found a couple more sites that I requested info from.

I had one of the people I e-mailed reply back and tell me it was worth 250-350. I also said he was interested in buying. The meter its self is a common model but what makes it worth $ is the diving lady and the wings.

I just want to see it to hold a piece of history like that. I think that kinda stuff is cool.

I will bring it with me next time I stop by. I put it in hot water and the gauge still works. Pretty cool. I not sure if I want to sell. Its a piece of american car history.

That's a very cool piece. I'd hang on to it if I could.

It should always go up in value. It's not like they are bring made anymore.

I talk to a collector who told me depending on condition of unit Im looking at between 450-1600. He said it is a very rare peice with the diving lady and the wings.
