Complete car minus engine/trans.
Interior and body are 8.5 out of 10.

Well since the engine doesn't come with it, and neither does the trans, what is the point exactly that you are trying to make? The body's slow? So no matter what you put in it, it will never beat a cobalt ss, whatever?

This has close to 50xxx miles on the body, a NON salvage title Mach1 in this condition would go for 13-16. Idk how it was wrecked, looks like maybe a previous owner slid off the road and hit a tree, the passenger side door was replaced, the rest of the body should be original.

Understandable. If you're not strapped for cash, I'd get it running, list it for $10k, and take any offer over $9k. That seems to be a fair price given the mileage, condition, and title.

In the end you'll get more money for it and won't have to deal with people lowballing you due to its current state.
