How to get title for car with no title

Is it possible to get a title for a car from a bill of sale? Has anyone on here ever done this?

Good luck man.... Its not an easy task and have to jump through alot of hoops... it all depends on what it is.. I use to use a company called broadway title when i was doing old old hot rods but unsure...

Is this over a coupe that is for sale with no title?:D
