A little info on the 3.73 gears. Are they used and for how long?

i sent you a pm back dustang,
they are both ford gears,the 3.73 was in my dads car when he bought it ,so im not sure n the miles. we just went with 4.30's.
the 3.27 is out of a 96 cobra with 7000 miles on it.it was swithced to 4.30 also.
id trade for the 4.56 what shapes it in?
still have both forsale.
