The best finds were the Georgia Chicken barns . I cannot find a link anymore but there was I believe 4 big ass chicken barns stuffed full of cars and several outside . I have a pic of a hemi car setting in the weeds . There was allot of Mopar stuff here from the 50's-70's .http://s18.photobucket.com/albums/b137/galaxie1_/?action=view&current=HemiSprBCIY.jpg Here is the last of the pics that I could find of the Georgia Cars http://www.carsinbarns.com/Classics/Pg14Clscs.htm

It is such a shame to let cars rot like that. Some people just don't understand.

Check these pics out, sucks they are just left to rot. There used to be an old wrecking yard for old VW's up here near Bradford. There were 100's of old VWs in there.

Right before he crushed ALL of them and sold them for scrap, he let me in the yard to document (video/pics). I'll have to post up the pics sometime.

I had them posted On-Line (can't remember where...), but VW folks were shitting bricks that the guy was just crushing them. He REFUSED to sell single cars or let anyone pull anymore parts. He was done with it all and scrap prices were just peaking.

His biggest problem was when he was open he was never there to be able to sell any parts . He was always to worried about sniffing up the neighbor than worrying about his business . He also has owned the bar that was across the street and 25 years back it was a busy place .

Such a waste. It kills me every time I see the good stuff just rotting away.

The fact that most rotted away are why the rest are worth something. You gotta look at the flip side.
