I'm connecting and running the wiring harnesses on my 93 with a 5.0. I just need to take a look at your wiring and take a few pictures. Hope your in Harrison.

Late 92 and 93 mustangs have there own engine harness. with two relays on the inner fender(by the mass air meter)

Actually though I put the motor haness that came out of the same car as the motor on it. I would like to see how it is ran.

Actually I would like to look at both of your cars. I have a 93 with mass air and an 89 motor. If we can figure out a time to meet I would appreciate it.
