AFR 185's

i was wondering if my 185's will work on a stock 302 block or will i have piston to valve issues

I would definatly clay the valve reliefs with the 185's to see if they will clear.

i plan on using a b-cam

B cam might work, but you need to clay it just to be certain, and when you do the clay, you have to use a solid lifter or bottom out a hydraulic one, so there is no play in the valvetrain.

I know a guy who ran 185s with a b cam but its always a good idea to clay the valves better to b safe than sorry

i ran my afr185's with a f cam in my 302 and it cleared just fine
