So I need to seal a metal roof on a garage and all the sealants at Lowes say to apply above 60* with no rain in a 24hr period. My question is does anybody make a sealant that can be applied in the cold and still seal up? Only other option I have is to heat the garage for a constant 24 hr period which will probably cost every bit of $300 in kerosene and I would hate to do that.

You could more than likely do it in the cold, it certainly won't seal as well and you'll be re-doing it in the Spring.

could. also thought about some real good sticky sealant of some sorts. its only leaking at the nail holes so i guess some outdoor caulking could work as a temp fix too
