Alright guys I am goin to be relocating battery to trunk this weekend and want some tips or tricks on the best way to do it and get good charge and proper wiring done. I was doin research on some forums and what I came up with was run my + wire from battery to starter relay and for the negative run it from battery to chassis, then from that same spot on chassis to the part on motor where its grounded to, and then from there to fender up front. Is this correct or are there better ways to do this. I just wanna have proper charging.

Ground from battery to quad shock and 0gauge to block. 0gAuge power to the front. Ground all the way to the motor is important!

Take the bracket off... Use one of the bracket bolts. Scuff it up first

Use some penetrox or similar joint compound on the terminal as well, will prevent corrosion and moisture from causing a bad ground.

I am having a battery drain after doing this. Could it be from a bad ground.
