bad wreck in clermont county

my cousin was in a bad wreck today on 132 toward batavia
some 21 year old guy was driving his moms truck with 2 passagers and tried passing my cousin about 90 mph in the rain
he lost control and hit my cousins van piting him and flipping the van on its side then he hit a drain pipe and launched the truck airborn in a man sitting out his garbage cans killing him instantly
i got the call from my cousin who was still traped in his van and i beat the police their! it was a very bad seen to say the least
5 news did a interview that will be on at 11
the person that passed was jim bushman he was the clermont county trustee
my prayers go out to his family

My brother and i did carpet for a lady today who was telling us about that. I think she said she was related to the guy sitting out the trash. She said he had just got back from the elementary school where his granddaughter was having a "Bring a grand parent to school" day.

well just a update on this fucking dirt bag!
he was drunk and so was both of his passagers
he was driving his moms truck that just lost her job and thank god so far they have insurance. both of the passagers were released from the hospital today and the driver was going through surgery to reconstruct his legs
i talked to his grandmal for awhile at the seen and she didnt have anything good to say about her own grandson? she said hes in and out of court weekly for beating his girl friend
i looked him up on clermont county case access and he has had a ton of charges from drugs to domestic
anyhow my cousin is doing fine and we are planning to attend the layout for mr. bushman

This is so sad a innocent persons life due to some dirt bag driving drunk. It drives me crazy because other people pay the price not the dirt bag. glade your cuz is ok. prays out for the Bushman family.

Well all you can do is hope they do a half assed job fixing his legs so he can walk into court and get sent to prison for manslaughter.

Imagine how heart broke his grandaughter is, just think though, at least he was able to attend prior to this tragic event. I pray that God looks over them.
