Just curious how many of us will be doing the actual cooking for Thanksgiving?

Anyone have any good brine recipies.....

My uncle is using his smoker to make the turkey and ham i believe..... I however will be putting in countless hours eating the food.

I won't be doing much of the cooking this year, my wife and her sister have it all covered so I get off easy. It isn't always that way so I'll probably have to do it for christmas.

My father-in-law use to do most of the cooking but since he passed away in September I think most of it is going to fall on me this year.

Deep frying is the way to go.
My father has cooked the thanksgiving dinner ever since I can remember.

I'll be cooking most of the meal, wife does desert and appetizers. I enjoy cooking at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I'm the same way Mike...... I mostly do the cooking so I don't have to do the cleaning!!!!!!!
