Been playing this for the last week or so. Its a cool game, has a few glitches but every day they keep making improvements.

Anyone know how to shift??? I've blown my motor 3 times now..

W and E buttons to shift. W upshifts, E downshifts. Q is the Chute button too.

Sometimes connection can be an issue. I just log off and back in and it will connect.

Does nitrous go automatically or is there a button for it? Why buy a chute when the car already has it? I get about 3-4 runs in and have to close out and relogin. Doesn't work from IE very well at all, google chrome is better. Spacebar is brake.

I started playing with my gear ratio and now I cant get it any faster than a 6.4. Thats riding the rear bumper the whole track too. LOL I have every upgrade possible too. It likes to lag off the start with the Turbo. They say theres a special way to launch with it but I havent figured it out yet. Played with everything possible to no avail.

You just have to play with it. With some tweaking I am getting more really good 60ft times but still stuck with 1.00 as the only one I can do everytime. Somehow when I screw up and it starts pushing through the light so I let off the throttle then hit is on launch I get crazy low 60ft times.

5.43 for me. I had the launch and stall around 4000 , I moved it down to 2500 and it picked up.

5.99 for me. All the upgrades plus nitrous. I've got a screwy gearing setup. 5 rear gear.
1st 3 2nd 2.07 2nd 3rd 1.69 4th 1.28 5th 1.00. I have a 6000 stall and 6000 launch with an 8200rpm shift light.

As others have already said the game seems very inconsistent. I had a setup that would run very close to a 7.50 in brackets but as soon as I bought the next upgrade, consistency went out the window.

I'm saving up for a blower now and then will move to the turbos.

During the day when it is busy it acts really strange. I won a few rounds I shouldn't have and lost a few I should. Redlights become .000 reaction time and the guy who left a second later got the same?

I upgraded to the turbo. Ran a best of a 5.60@22x. I normally run around $5.8x@241.

Man this game is really unpredictable. Car speeds up and then slows down. Pull the trigger and it just sits there. I went a personal best 5.84 with a .31 60ft. I know the 60ft is off. I had below 1.00 for about 6 runs. Most were about .50.

I just ran a 5.23 with a .013 60 ft time and came through the traps at 211....I lost the heads up race because it was 3 seconds after I released the space bar until it actually took off. Don't wait fo the light once all 4 double bulbs light up count to 3 then go. If you nail it you'll think you redlighted.

The game is getting ruined by cheaters. You can beat them at their own game if you are prepared. Just when the light is ready to drop they back off resetting their tree. Yours drops anyways. If you go you redlight I guess you have to wait and race on their tree. If you back off with them it becomes a cat and mouse game that you can win.

Bought a turbo after I beat dirtyd0g then messed with my transmission to get it to go faster than 5.83 ended up with best lap time of 6.45 FML

Dirtyd0g: when I first played I had like all the first items and the best ignition and valves. sold all of it to get a crate engine. found out the crate engine was worse than my original setup. got real mad lol

What is everybody running for gears,transmission and final, What stall and launch
I have the trans set to 6 speed starting at just below the max and finishing at 1:1 I have tried everything to go 2 speed and lose .5 a sec. The gearing I find 4.8 is abotu the best and stall seems to like 3200 with a 2500 rpm launch then shift at 8000-8200

what rpm you shifting at? I don't know how you aren't blowing the motor never going 1:1 I don't have any luck with stall that high either my mph sucks

I had the car much faster where I was dialing 5.65 for brackets and had to go messing with it

I have a five speed set up and using 1.17 as 5th. I got to run Dirty and Beef a little bit ago. The game seems not to be acting up too bad now.

It keeps pushing through the lights. I do better with a low stall when I have to launch off of idle. I see many other people having the same problem when in the left lane...Still has some glitches. Occasionally it does it from the right lane but the left lane is almost always.
Ready to turn the stall back down for the idle launches.

I'll try again later it is full right now and glitching terribly. I use heads up to tune and test because it acts differently and the tree difference. I tweaked the gears to get them evened out and got back to running really close to 6.00 even but still can't get that 60foot back to where I had it. I wish I had wrote down those settings.

Looks like chris pulled an .58 60 ft's I have seen better but if you can do that consistantly it is hard to beat. From what I see anythign runnign close to 6 all the time is about as good as it gets. When I had it running 5.40 it was up and down. My best to date was a 5.23 and I have to wonder if it wasn't a glitch. There is one guy who I just can't catch every time. Watch out for dallasboys if you beat him he hits main menu which screws you over. Be respectful guys and wait for the finish even if you lose because if you hit main menu it screws the other guy out of the money. I figure everyone is there to make money to upgrade their car and if you lose oh well it's just a game you can't win them all, don't screw the other guy over because he didn't mess up.

There are a bunch that do that, then they go to main menu and you don't get paid. I am having connection issues too now.

Gotta count it. 1 mississippi 2 mississippi 3 mississippi 4. GO! I am cutting better than .200 nearly everytime with most under .100 by counting it. I have sat and waited for it to take off after I let off however.

Game is driving me nuts today, glitches constantly and you can almost guarantee as long as you don't red light the right lane will win. Had a few runs with Beefcake a few min ago and it was just back and forth with the exception of a redlight whoever got the right lane won because the left lane pushes through the light. Beware dallasboys he has some cheat. you can beat him and it still shows him winning. If you get a good streak going someone leaves in the middle of a run and breaks it.
