Alright guys this one is beyond my abilities. So my cousin has a 1995 SN 5.0 Vert 5 speed. To set up the issue let me tell you what happened. So last week he hit me up telling me his car has a really bad miss etc. So I tell him what to check he checks all good. So he has some neighbor check out his car said he found an intake leak and changed plugs and wire car runs fine except in 2nd gear........

Any advise would be helpful...........

What goes it do in 2nd gear? Miss? Fall on its face? surge?

I have had experience where the catalytic converter may cause an issue like this but its weird it only in 2nd.
No check engine light?

That's what I thought too. We figured it out I don't know why but replaced the tfs mod and the rotor button and went away. It's still weird that it was only falling on it's face in 2nd gear.
