After missing out on the rainbow S351 Saleen with was 1 of 1 it got me thinking. Who has the rarest car on the forum?

I don't know about rarest but I do know it rare. '69 Cobra 428CJ Q Code 4 speed formal roof. 15268 original miles. I'm sending in for a Marti Report on it but I've heard numbers of 435 originally produced.

Evil SSP David's car is pretty rare, I havent seen any other SSP coupe that are 4 eyes for one, a KY state trooper car for two if i'm not mistaken. Now granted it's not original now but it is what it is.

My 89 lx is pretty rare, Its Almond with Tan GT interior. Most almond cars were for the ssp cars less than 100 were sold at lots and nobody knows how many had the gt interior.

When i researched the VIN, i found there were only 9, but i talked to a guy who apparently owns two of the others and he said there were 10 total, and i figured he knows more about them than i do.

This winter i'm stripping most of my interior to go towards restoring one of the other 10. I figure since i didn't do mine back to service condition and i don't plan on it, at least part of mine can go back to a worthy cause.

My dad owns a '65 Ford Fairlane 500 Sports Coupe. It's a K code car, which meant the 289 HiPo, 4 speed, manual steering and brakes, and 4 wheel drum brakes. It's a non post car (meaning no "B" pillar between the side glass and rear roll down quarter glass)

Its also a 500, which was odd to see a car of high trim level with the K code option, and in a Sports Coupe.

There were less than 100 K-code Fairlanes made in '65, less of which were Sports Coupes, 500's, and 4 speeds. No actual number as far as I have seen exists :(

There cant be many though. Id say less than 20-30

I have a 66 GTO convertible, the car is an original tri-power(its missing in action). The odd thing is its a 4-speed, standard steering, standard brakes and the original ZK 3:90 posi, car was built for one thing, going fast in a straight line. Its odd somebody would order a car like this in a convertible? I have owned it since 1985, was able to track down the guy who owned in 1975 and he does remember it, seems it spent all of its life in the Franklin-Springboro area.

I wondered what happened to that thing. I fell in love with that color combo when I saw it at one of the cruise ins. I wish i would have had the cash when it was up for sale. Beautiful car.

I did own a 1 of 1 2001 B4C Camaro. It was dark blue 6 speed...only one that year. Sold it on ebay to a collector in NC.

Also, the Formula Firehawk was 1 of 70. IIRC it was 1 of 39 6 speeds.

Not really rare, but one I wish I had kept........ 1996 Black (248A) some call them GTS's, but I think that was only up to '95. Bought it brand new, then we had our second child and it was traded for a SUV.
