2 spare tires needed - 5x4.5 lug pattern

One of my tenants is a college kid, works 2 jobs and pays his way through school. He swerved to miss a dog in the road and ran over the curb trashing his front 2 wheels. Thought I'd try and help him out with a set of spares until he can get his wheels fixed.

I'd like to just borrow them, but if the price is reasonable, I'd buy them.
