Just curious if anyone on here competitivly shoots. I'm getting to the point where I don't want to jack with my car and keep modding it I just want to drive and enjoy it so it's time to find a new hobby and I'm thinking of picking up a Glock and go compete. I've never competitivly shot before other than some in the Army. Again just curious and want to find out all I can...

I've never really shot clays either i'm just thinking something that I can go buy and right out of the box be competitive and as far as I can find Glock has the most classes for local shooting and most of the classes are based on gun model 9mm, 40, 45 etc and full frame vs compact, subcompact and skill level and the majority of the shooters are in the stock gun class.

When I lived in Cincy I would shoot a Steel Plate Match pretty much every Friday Night at Fairfield Sportsman's Association.
Sure they still have things going on as well as Miami Rifle.

Hey, check out the IDPA and see if they have anything in your area. The guy that refinishes my firearms in Hamilton goes like the second Sunday every month and loves it. They set up different scenarios for you to go through and be timed. I'm waiting for a Kimber to go play.
