elect thermostat

wanting to add a elect therm.to my combo,what i need to know is what type and temps seem to work best.
push in or screw in
what is a good on temp and off temp

i run duel fans on my 331 tony, i have one wired to the switch and is on when the car is running. the other is on a stat comes on at 185 off at 175. i hope that helps my car runs about 180 in august.
