Last week I broke the recoil starter on my Craftsman lawnmower. I found the part online and ordered it on Thursday. It was estimated to be here yesterday which was fine because we were going to be out of town. We got yesterday and there were no parts. I come home today and still nothing. I come in and check my email and I had gotten an email from sears that they shipped. I checked the order status and tracking info and found they shipped the parts UPS Surepost (what ever that is) and they went out on the 16th from Illinois. Reading through the tracking information it appears they are now with the USPS in Springfield Ohio. Maybe I will have them tomorrow. If they had shipped them regular UPS I would have had them Monday for sure but now its in the hands of the USPS and I might have them tomorrow if not Thursday. Meanwhile my yard looks like a jungle and I am probably going to have to hire a lawn service to cut it because I don't think my push mower will make it through it. Fuck you Sears!
