Here's what I've got.

351w roller block, x303 cam, Holley systemax heads, crane 1.6 roller rockers, victor jr intake, tko2, 373 gear.
I just switched from a holley 650hp to a mighty demon 650. Where would be a good starting point on the jets. It came with 71/80 I had 72/72 in the Holley and it was a bit fat at idle. Ive got 70/74 in the demon right now it seems to idle good and the throttle response seems snapier. I havnt driven the car yet due to a few other things I'm finishing up. If anyone would like to chime in with any advice on jetting I'm all ears.

Jets shouldn't have any thing to do with a/f at idle. You need to adjust the corner idle and possibly the air bleeds if they're changeable on the Demon.

The idle mixture is fine. I'm trying to figure out the jetting I should be running. A widenand would be a huge help.

Right i get that but you said it's fat at idle...i was just saying idle has nothing to do with the jets, you're not running off the jets at idle. If it's still rich at idle then it's the other stuff that needs looked at. The only way to know for sure on the jets without a wide band is to learn out to read plugs. The idle response and idle behavior on the Demon being better isn't due to the jets.
