need a maf

Need maf for a 5.0 with 24# injectors. Car surges on start up and has a hard time idling until you drive it.

i am with chris have u tryed cleaning the iac never seen a meter only do it on start up

I cleaned the MAF and replaced 2 vacume lines that were leaking. Still surges at idle, idles perfect with the MAF unpluged.

Mark Viii meters don't work well in stangs. Tried one in my 94 and it didn't like it. I got my ProM back and it works like a charm. Someone explained to me once why you can't simply swap maf meters from one type of car to another but I forget the details.
