Long story short,, my mom helped my uncle out by buying a 95 ford f-350 super cab off him that he put 10,000 in new parts,, including a new jasper 351 and c-6 tranny. She gave him 5000,, but now she decides she doesnt want to take it to the farm up north. Had it for sale and nobody wants it since it isnt a diesel. of course she wanted her 5000 back, tried explaining to her why guys want a diesel but all she says is it is a new motor and diesel cost more than gas so whats the problem lol !! Wondering about pulling the 351 and the c-6 and puttin in a diesel. Then finding a mustang roller to drop the 351 and c-6 in. just thinking outloud,,,what ya think,, would it be worth it.

Not worth it.

You do not want to attempt to do that.

It would be easier to find a wrecked diesel with the same wheelbase as the truck you have now and drop the good body onto the diesel and then part out the rest of the parts off of the current truck minus the motor and trans and drop that in your mustang.

Still not a great idea, but thought I'd add my 0.02 (why hasn't the cost of a thought been affected by inflation???)
