Does anybody know what year Ford started installing those POS 2 piece plugs? Specifically, would they be in a 2003 Pickup with the 5.4 engine? Thanks :confused:

i'm pretty sure know. the problem then was the 4 threads. somewhere around 03/04 they went to 8 threads instead of 4,

but, they are a pain to change lol

I was told its the 3 valve engine that have them and not the 2 valve.
