Who makes bolt in roll bars besides Maximum Motorsports? I thought Jegs and Summit sold them but I can't find any on theirs sites.

racecraft is pretty nice. If you want a great fitting bar that you can hold and weld in look at Wild Rides. They are prefitted.

Well I want a 12 point moly cage but can't afford it. I figure I will just throw a cheap bolt in it to keep Kilkare and Edgewater off my back. In a couple years when I'm ready for a 12 point I can just unbolt it and sell it.

Wolfe doesn't make a bolt in for SN95s, and I dont see where Racecraft makes roll bars. Maximum motorsports might be my only choice. They are in Cali though and shipping is almost 200 bucks! I'm going to price some local guys to make one.

let me know. 513-317-6763. i have built dozen of custom cages over the years, everything from 6 point to 23.3 i could also build you a 6 point roll bar that can be easily added onto later to make a cage.

Have a 6pt welded in your car now....then down the road once you are making the HP needed to require a 8pt+ NHRA certified cage you can just add on to your existing 6pt bar. That's exactly what I did with my coupe.

^^^What he said^^^

Besides it's always cheaper to do things right the first time as well.

I thought about that but, I want my full cage to be moly and I probably can't afford a custom moly 6 point right now. I'm all about doing things right the first time. Thats why it took me two years to finally make a pass, and why I don't have any money now.

Or you could just race 2 times a night. The first one they say what the f are you doing? you cant go that fast. The next one they stop you at the burnout box and say why are you running again. YOu simply say im running the 1/8th then getting out of it. Blast it out the back door then they boot you. Ive done it for 2 years now.
