While I have the engine bay completely stripped I want to paint it. I have a 97 Mustang Gt that is a factory color ( bright amber metallic clear coat ). I guess i will go to KOI to get some paint mixed. I do not have any painting equipment. Can the paint I get be put in a rattle can and is that a good way to go and have good results? Can clear coat be done the same way?

I know KOI in Eastgate can put any paint into a Aerosol can. Its like 25 bucks for a 12 oz can and thats the cheapest I have found locally. Ive done this and planned on redoing my bay in my 91 like that if I keep it for much longer.

You rattle canned that Jason? Would never be able to tell if you didnt tell us. The Vert I did turned out pretty good too but it was just White.

No I painted it with car paint. It changes five colors. It's hard to see in the pics.

Oh I thought you had the paint added to a rattle can like the guy was asking about. Yeah I can tell its the Mystic style paint. Looks good!
