Are they still not allowing dogs at this show?? If so, I cannot attend. I have had my dog at Crestview Hills before with no issues. They even allow small dogs to accompany their owners on the patio at Abuelo's.

It's not Crestview Town Center that is restricting dogs, it was us (NKYFBA). We have had complaints from car owners that were showing their cars. They were afraid that a dog would jump on their car. I can see their point as not everyone out there looking at cars appreciate the time and energy we put into them like you and I do and don't control their pets. ;) Some can't even keep the kids off the cars either

I own 2 dogs and they are a big part of my family so I know what you mean. My wife and I am working from 7:00am till 5:00pm that day so it's going to be rough for them.

Just think of it like this, It is for a good cause and all of the entry fees, and split the pot goes to Wood Hudson and it all goes to research and not into some one elses pocket. :bigthumb

Send your wife and kids to the show and you can go racing ;) :D

JFYI for others out there:

First two years we were scheduled on the second saturday in July. When NASCAR picked the same weekend for their race here in Ky. we didn't want to compete with NASCAR with trying to raise money for Cancer Research. So after talking with Wood Hudson and Crestview Town Center this was the only other alternative date. So for now on the 3rd Saturday in Sept will be the show date.

Thanks for the responses and looking forward to those that can make it. I also understand the people that need to compete at the Fall Shoot out and best of luck to those that are competing. :bigthumb

2.5 weeks away and we have some really good door prizes to hand out and some nice stuff in the goodie bags.

If you're just hanging around, why not come on down and show your car. We have an unfinished catagory as well so there's no excuse for those that are still working on their ride :D

Thanks for showing up!!

I have a Top 40 for a 2011 Mustang that left early. I'm guessing for the street car shoot out. I'll post more info on it tonight and it can be picked up this Friday at McDonalds, between 7:00 & 10:00, located on the corner of Dudley and 3L Highway (rt. 17) in Edgewood. Right off I-275 Rt. 17 exit.

Congrats to all the winners!!
