They arent all the same the 83-86 hoods are longer on the front end than the 79-82...

Man its a cowl hood. I guess if your 4ft tall then yes it will affect your ability to see over the hood. You just made me want to keep my hood FOR ALL THE DUMB ASS QUESTION.
