Are you pulling an enclosed trailer with it? Be prepared to put some money in upgrades to get it to pull good. W/out a programmer it will be a turd, and you may run into handling/sway problems depending on how heavy the trailer is. If it does not have a rear sway bar start there and then possible airbags. Front will want to bottom out over pot holes so an upgrade to f250 springs/bumpstops is a very good idea. Steering box probably has a good amount of play like they all do so look into red head steering gears blue printed steering box as the stock ones all suck even new replacements. You will also want to get some type of load leveler for the trailer that will make a big difference as well. I've towed with a diesel Ex for 7 years now and trust me this stuff will make a world of difference.

yeah, i've done some reading, and the biggest things seem to be springs and a sway bar to start
it's an open trailer
I thought you bought an ecoboost?

i bought an 11 super duty, was going to buy an enclosed trailer, but then i got a buddy letting me use his open all summer for $200, couldn't pass that up.
wife really wanted an expedition. so i traded the super duty and her edge on an expy for her, and got this for me

It's not that hard when you buy at D-Plan. I had a new vehicle every 6 months for 3 years when I was in the business. Plus, you can get a great # for your trade when you are the top sales guy at one of the top Ford stores in the state!!! As long as you trade fast enough, you can get back out of it before the book catches up.
Nice ride Terry! :)
