Anyone know what those little car like models used to show different paints are called?

Not sure what they are called but if your looking for something similar go to a hobby shop and pick up a rc car body

Be interested to see what you're talking about. I know years ago companies like AMT made promotional models of their new cars in various factory paint jobs. I just sold 60 or so of these on Epay... collectors of those promos pay sick money for some of them. Never thought a 1/24 plastic model could sell in the $400 to $500 a piece range.

Guys thanks for the responses. I finally found out what they are called, Speed Shapes. They come in several different styles both metal and plastic. I'm interested in the smaller plastic versions, I'm doing several samples. @ Black Horse (Dave) I'm doing some testing on a product I'm going to be hoping to offer soon.

Nice and not really expensive. Good way to test a spray pattern over complex surfaces without hitting the real product and making a mistake.

Yeah once I do some preliminary testing I'm gonna be going "LIVE" with my services.

I might have to get a couple of metal ones to test our powder coat gun out. Brother and I went in on one and I picked up a free oven to bake the parts in.
