Looks like an ooooolllld modified F150 intake to fit a fox body. Those used to be hot shit back in the day before a fully after market intake was cast and produced. I seen that in an old ford parts book. Neat piece for sure!

If my memory serves me correctly, it is a "new" cast upper to fit the truck 302 lower into a fox body with the dual bore 5.0 TB from the truck.
Back in the day, you had two EFI options, stock HO lower or the 302 truck lower. The truck lower was head and shoulders better then the HO. The big difference was the flow distribution between the cylinders, the truck lower didn't kink off the front two cylinders as bad as the HO lower did. I remember the Keens running a ported truck lower with an Igloo on top and Xtrim to somewhere in the 8's some 15 yrs ago.
