Great idea, was thinking about making a thread just like this. Hopefully you don't mind me posting on to your thread rather than making another.

Any other HVAC people reading that help Tom also want to help me, My AC smells like piss when it shuts off. House is only a few years old, first owner didnt know where to put the filters so they never put one in to begin with. Probably why they were foreclosed on. Anyway, I just need someone to help me disinfect the system and maybe clear the drain which may be clogged on it. I'd rather not risk "learning" how to do my own hvac on a new system.

I have two guys that have their own side business from work. They put me in a new heat pump and furnace in about 8 hours in April. Price was good and they do great work. The work turned out clean and good. If you need a number they are in the cincy area. Let me know.
