can someone please tell me what size bolts are on the bottom of the fender of a fox by the door and is there supposed to be a speed nut like the rest of the fender bolts?

Should be like an 8 or 9 mm, and has a large washer made on to it. And the clip is a considerable amount larger, not like the ones in the upper fender
