For some reason i wanna call BS on this...something about that just looks fake as hell. The car isn't even putting imprints on the cushion.
Its a beautiful thing and I would think that if you live in an are like this its not out of the question to have a floatation device like this. BUT it looks like its sitting kinda odd on that thing and with the space on the side you can see it looks like the other side of the car would be hanging off the side. Something just doesnt look right.

I dont know the air bags we use in the fire service dont put much of a imprint at all

Seems like it would be really top heavy and want to roll over if it wasn't centered just right, and it's not centered.

Although I'm skeptical and think it is a fake, it is tethered.

That's true, could be some kind of tethering going on underneath keeping it from rolling over.
