I just installed the BBK GRIP sub frame connectors on my 94 GT vert. They were very easy to install and the seat brackets made placement a no brainer. I went with the bolt in kind and I have to say they made a world of difference. I highly recommend these to anyone looking to stiffen up there cars....:bigthumb

I want them in my 89 asap, but I think springs and shocks are first. Dont you want the car sitting on the ground when installing those?

Yes, the weight needs to be on suspension.

I had the front wheels on ramps and the rear on jack stands under the rear end.
