Too loud!

I just made my cat back in to a dump system. Will turn downs quite it down some?
Right now it is too loud.

Nooooooo.... dumps make it louder all around! I switched to tailpipes and it quieted my car down a little, I changed to single chambers though too

Do you have tailpipes on it? If the mufflers are just open, dumps may help keep it a little quieter in the car. If you already have tailpipes, then no, it will make it way louder.

My tailpipes were in bad shape. They had holes rusted after
the muffles. The mufflers were fine so we cut the rest off.
I was going to need a new system anyway so I wanted to
try dumps to see if I liked them. Right now I'm not a big fan.

Man you must be getting old lol, dumps will make it alot quieter in the car. Im going to get some dump put on my Bassanis. They are crazy loud in the car.

Not sure about down there but up here the popo really only pulls the sound card when you are doing something else dumb to catch attn

when I got my bike it was sooo loud to me. After a short ride I couldnt hear so well. Like after a loud concert.. Now I cant even tell how loud the bike is. I dont argue with the wife as much anymore either. I dont hear every smart comment from her as much.

Dumps will probably quiet it down inside the car. But not outside.
