OK so anybody gotta a preference between spliced in versus plug-n-play?

Depends on how technical you are. With the splice in kits you can adjust the speed but its nice to just plug something in and go too

What are you referring to? I'm going to assume aftermarket engine management?

If so, "plug and play" is kind of more or less how you want to look at it.

For example, i'm running a plug and play AEM EMS, where the ECU itself plugs into the stock harness. I have several additions though and my setup is going to require quite a bit of extra wiring, some of which would be included in a FAST, BS3 or Accel DFI.

I guess it just depends on what additions you have that the stock ECU doesn't normally control.

I think he is talking about the sequential taillight kits for the 05+ cars

Plug and play kit was easy peasy lemon sqeezey. If you ever get tired of them you can just unplug, and you're done.

I want them for my 01. I would rather have the plug in than the splice but the splice kit could be transfered to other cars too if you ever get rid of the car. Really it just comes down to price for me.
