I have only had it for about two weeks now it is a 01 Mustang Gt Black with black cloth interior and its an automatic with Flowmasters, I removed the spoiler and it has stock wheels with new 245/45 ZR17 tires with brand new rotors and pads all the way around. No mods yet but will have some soon going to put a gear, new headlights asap when i find a set and going to put a cold air and put an off road H or X pipe for now then start on doing things to the motor!

yeah he can hey look in my signature and click on the cardomain and you can see all the pics of it with the interior clean and with the spoiler off
Looks nice. All I can afford is a new edge mustang gt so thats my favorite body style. lol I also like the placement of the def, trac control. and fog light buttons. Good looking car man. I just got my 01 and I was told to get a shifter for it too. upr or steeda looks like some good affordable choices.

good looking car. I will probably see you cruizing white castle. lower it 2 inches and you will be happy. i would just buy the 3m resurfacing kit to clean up the lights. I gave done a couple before and they turned out great. I work on the 2v cars all the time so if you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask.

x2 on the resurfacing kit from 3m. If you do decide to buy headlights stay away from aftermarkets, i bought one from LRS and it fits like shit, it was so bad i sent it back and had them send me another one and it was just as bad! Just my .002

This is before the 3M headlight kit

I swear by the 3m kit. Some of that other stuff just puts like an oil or something on the headlight where the 3m kit is a permanent fix. Looks retarded if you don't do it right. The 3m kit is almost fool-proof, and what cool is the fact that you can actually do a few different cars with it. With 1 kit I did like 4 cars and the lens on my air compressor quage. worked great.

having 40 series Flowmasters put on it this coming weekend should wake the car up alot was trying to decide whether or not to keep the tailpipes on or put turn downs on it but i really like the tail pipes on
Blackout
04-11-2011, 01:19 AM
I would just keep the tail pipes. They really don't hurt the performance. Can't remember, what exhaust did you have on that?
DNTRYIT
04-11-2011, 01:31 AM
its just got mainly stock exhaust i think just stock h pipe and stock mufflers not sure whether the tail pipes are stock or not

yeah, get an x or H pipe and let breath, some flows will also help. To be honest, Cold Air kits only will help a little. Just depends on your plans with the car. If your going forced induction, then start getting the supporting stuff for that, or if your keeping N/A ....you get the picture. Just all depends. I would personally, if your just keeping it as a daily driver and weekend racer, get a gear (3:73 preferably for daily driver) x-pipe, Flowmasters ( immitations are junk), maybe a Cold Air kit if your staying N/A, and possibly an Underdrive pully kit. There are alot of other stuff you can get but that will cost you a whole lot more money than these simple bolt ons.
DNTRYIT
04-11-2011, 01:41 AM
yeah was going to go with a cold air an offroad x pipe the 40 series flowmasters and a 3.73 gear and lowering it 2 inches for the time being then maybe later down the road put a procharger or a supercharger on it
Blackout
04-11-2011, 01:47 AM
then yeah if your eventually going to get a supercharger, then i definately would not get any bigger of a gear. if you go any bigger you will run out of gear at the end of the quarter mile.
DNTRYIT
04-11-2011, 01:49 AM
well didn't want to go any bigger than that anyways
