Drill/tap heads for rocker studs

I have heads thats need drilled out and tapped for rocker studs.

Wanting to no if any one on here can do it or no of somewhere I can get it done. That wont cost me a arm and a leg.

Im wanting to to go this route cuz I already have studs and rockers and have hardly no money at all in them.

Any info of where I can get it done or who to get ahold of to do it is appreciated
