I just saw on wcpo9 on line that police are impounding cars on big rims. They took an 88 caddy from marcus and donte also lost his ride. They said that the cars were being takin on the spot and will be inspected while in impound. If the car passes and isnt found to be dangerous to be street drived they will get the car back and no fines. If its deemed not safe for the street they have to pay an impound fee, a fine for the violation, and hire a tow truck to take the car from the impound yard. I said the impound place sees 4 to 5 cars a day coming in for big rims.
I am all for the donks and stupid lifted cars out there to be pulled over, but this also seems like a good way to run these idiots driving these cars for warrants and have a reason to search the car.
